•No Account Recovery: If you lose your ELII, your account cannot be recovered.

•No Personal Data Required: Encryptifyer does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.

 4.⁠ ⁠User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

 

By using Encryptifyer, you agree NOT to:

1.Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, cybercrime, or child exploitation.

2.Use the platform for harassment, hate speech, or violence.

3.Share copyrighted content without permission.

4.Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or bypass Encryptifyer’s encryption.

5.Misuse the VPN or voice changer for deceptive or unlawful activities.

 6.⁠ ⁠• Not to post any illegal drugs, whether for personal use or public sale. Neither to share, promote, or distribute substances that violate local, national, or international laws.

 

Violating these rules may result in permanent content restrictions (silencing).

•All private messages are encrypted in transit and are stored only till recipient, after which they are deleted.

•Public and private story posts are fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to specific accounts. However, friends who have mutually accepted friend requests can view stories and identify the user who posted them.

 

•Posts on the Spotlight feature are linked to the user’s account and are visible to all Encryptifyer users.

 

If users take proper precautions (e.g., not sharing their ELII), Encryptifyer holds zero identifiable information.

Encryptifyer meets the highest standards of global data protection laws:

 

6.1. European & UK Compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy Regulations)
